To build hype and drive brand awareness, I led a full-scale marketing campaign for Hobby Shop Garage centered around a 48-hour livestream where the team swapped a Skyline R34 with a blown LS motor — streamed live across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and TikTok simultaneously. I developed and executed the entire campaign solo, handling everything from livestream management and content production to strategy and design. Leading up to the stream, I collaborated with 3D artists John Rendering & Pedro Amazing and to create CGI teasers of the completed build before it existed. I also designed two shirts and a promotional poster to support the campaign and extend the brand experience. With a tight budget and fast turnaround, the campaign still went viral — bringing in over 50 million organic views, 40,000+ new Instagram followers, and 20,000+ TikTok followers, all without any paid media.
